  • The true value of yoga is to help you understand yourself, your relationships and your actions.

  • When we live stressful lives, we need to learn how to relax, so we can discover treasures and realizations about how we show up in life.

  • Yoga encourages people to look inside to see what you see in your heart, what you carry and how you affect the world and how the world affects you.

  • You are so valuable and worthy of this time, because when you become healthy and happy the world becomes healthy and happy.

  • Yoga is for YOU, not for anybody else.

Flow of Spirit

This yoga class covers the body from head to toe. We move through the same sequence each class which gives you the ability to go deeper, and get to know your poses better. This class is focused on balance and more meditative based on the repetitive sequence.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday // 6am MST - 75 minutes
Sundays // 8am MST - 75 minutes

 

Taking The Mask Off

Taking the Mask Off is designed to give students a safe place to connect to their body/mind/spirit and remember “their authentic self”. Time and space are created in order to explore and integrate what is being held in their hearts, and then giving each student the opportunity to express themselves through movement.

Tuesdays // 5:00 - 6:00pm - 60 minutes

 

Meditation

“The aim of Human life is to pursue self-knowledge and discover the voice of the soul.”

Quiet the mind, go inside and discover you. Yoga Nidra, pranayama, and silent meditation.

Wednesdays // 7:30pm - 30 minutes
