Taking the Mask Off

A contemplative movement process

Taking the Mask Off is designed to give students a safe place to connect to their body/mind/spirit and remember “their authentic self”. Time and space are created in order to explore and integrate what is being held in their hearts, and then giving each student the opportunity to express themselves through movement.

  • Noticing vulnerability and intimacy with themselves and with others

  • Learning to trust what is discovered about yourself

  • Finding acceptance and “who you are”

  3. How does one live in ones truth?

  4. How do you bring “your personal truth” into all areas of your life; personal, and/or career?

  5. How do you maintain your practice of “your personal truth”?
